Outdoor Boot Camp (30-60min) This is a great class to get started with your new fitness lifestyle. By combining a four mile walk/run with weighted exercises, this class shows instant results!! The class is a (go at your own pace) so it welcomes all varieties of fitness levels. By having a (go at your own pace) style class, as your energy level and strength increase, so will the difficulty of the class.                        

 

Warrior Cardio (45min) – This is a cardio based class where the main goal is weight loss and muscle toning!! The Warrior Cardio classes are high intensity interval training with very little rest breaks, similar to the Tabata Protocol. You can burn over 1000 calories in each class and it is a great class for beginners! The classes will focus on pushing the Chest, Arms, Legs, Back and Core through a variety of challenging exercise. Using your own tempo, you can take your muscles to an individual level of burnout.  A 45 minute class of full body and cardio will guarantee calorie burn, increase muscle tone, and shed unwanted pounds fast!

 

Warrior Strength Building (45min) – This is our most popular class. In this class will focus on building lean muscle by using a variety of weight lifting methods. The structure of the is a high rep / low weight concept with a series of drop sets, supper sets, and combo sets. This is a total body class that will leave your body feeling rock hard.

 

Warrior Boxing (45min) - This challenging class provides a great workout as you torture a 100lb bag with a series of punching and kicking combinations. The class brings together 1 minute boxing rounds mixed with Hammer Drill style exercise to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. Class may be modified for all levels of fitness.

 

Extreme Indoor Fitness (45min) - Our Indoor Bootcamp is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN! At Extreme Indoor Fitness we utilize the principle of muscle confusion. You will NEVER do the same workout twice! Why is this good? Because…your body will never adapt and you will never plateau! You will get results and they will come quick and continue to come…..month after month after month.
